Congrats! I have a similar background now taking 2 classes per semester but completed a data analytics bootcamp before. Dont worry about your gpa, once in the program every one is in the same boat. I am taking the first class CIT591 (which will most likely be what you take on your first semester) and apparently this Coursera Upenn Intro to Python/Java course has overlapping video content with the same professor I have. Taking that course could help ease you into that first class and the program.

Once in the class, I would make more time for the assignments than to ingest the content you could always go back to. They are designed to help you process and retain the content from that week. Good Luck!

Try this course from University of Pennsylvania on Coursera. They say if you have it in your application then they’ll look favorably upon it in terms of admissions.

I think there are a few math courses you could take that would help prepare you/bolster your application, but the two that they specifically mention you should take are the following:

That all looks fairly standard in terms of a profile. The gap time between degrees is not a big deal - there are many of us in the program who graduated with our Bachelor's in the 90's/00's. I would definitely echo /u/beechin's comment that you might want to consider taking the GRE in order to show your quantitative aptitude as well as taking the UPenn Coursera specialization to demonstrate that you are able to study in a fully online setting. https://www.coursera.org/specializations/programming-python-java

I think you have already overcome your GPA weakness with your GMAT score. 750 is incredible, honestly. To further increase your chances, I'd recommend taking the Coursera courses below. MCIT has stated that taking them would boost your application:
