I think your profile looks solid: Good GPA, working at a tech company, having taken and done well in math classes, and MOOCs. Only advice is instead of doing Learn to Program from U of Toronto, you should do this Python and Java course by Upenn. This will (1) boost your application and (2) give you a better sense of the program
