You can complete the "Neuroscience and Neuroimaging Specialization through Johns Hopkins on Coursera in four months. I don't think many people are going to be using fMRIs but the credentialing sounds impressive. https://www.coursera.org/specializations/computational-neuroscience

CompTIA offers a bunch of certs: A+, Network+, Security+, Linux+

although the knowledge gained from studying for a Network+ or Linux+ might be useful, none of the certs would be useful
