Opinion of Virtual Teacher Program?

I'm intrigued by this Coursera certificate program from University of California Irvine: https://www.coursera.org/specialization/virtualteacher/10?

If you were hiring someone for ID or Learning Development, do you think this would positively add to a candidate's resume, or not be worth the (digital) paper it's on?

Be as brutally honest as you like - it's money I could use elsewhere if it's not gong to be a valuable experience.

Thanks in advance!
