Is the company doing price optimization or cost optimization? At least to me these are different things, in one you are aiming to maximise profit by finding the sweet spot between demand and margin, the other is identifying ways of reducing costs ( minimising 'waste')

For the first see eg https://www.coursera.org/specializations/uva-darden-bcg-pricing-strategy

Hi all!

Coursera has a few courses by BCG:

Digital Transformation -> https://www.coursera.org/learn/bcg-uva-darden-digital-transformation

Price Strategy Optimization -> https://www.coursera.org/specializations/uva-darden-bcg-pricing-strategy

Any thoughts? Would you value if a candidate did those courses?

Thanks!
