Actually in addition to the podcasts I mentioned you could consider this coursera course sequence. It is a "business" intro to cybersecurity so it covers the principles and concepts at a higher level more suitable for your current level, while giving a good overview of the general concepts.

These are also the fundamental principles covered in Security+ and other security certifications so it could be a good intro for you.
