The resources need an update

In the sidebar, the GameTheory.net portal links to a lot of dead links or 404 errors. We must update it to have accessible resources and information.

Very much like r/economics, it'd be great to have different books, textbooks and courses referenced to allow beginners, intermediates and advanced readers to find interesting stuff to read.

If someone has resources to share or wants to help, I'd really appreciate. I know I'm just pointing at a problem and not providing much help but I believe it needed to be said.

Thanks
