I would recommend going through courses 3 and 4 listed in this Coursera SAS course - https://www.coursera.org/professional-certificates/sas-programming#courses.

You can enroll for free by doing the audit version. You can get some practical SAS programming questions to practice on.

Coursera has a lot of courses you can audit for free. It's not too expensive to get a handful of certifications if you want those, but the certifications themselves are probably not worth it.
