Can't think of any at the top of my head.

Come to think of it, coursera could be quite useful. They have a ton of courses on data science. They're fairly short, and you don't have to do any of the exercises or anything. With enough motivation, you can generally get through some entire courses in a day.

e.g. https://www.coursera.org/learn/what-is-datascience

(don't enroll, just audit and consume the videos. If they bore you, hit 1.5x speed)
