Places such as https://www.coursera.org/ and https://www.edx.org offer online courses that can give you an initial insight into programming. You can either 'audit' them for free which means you can access the material or pay to certify your learning.

There are also courses which give more insight into User Experience: https://www.coursera.org/learn/user-experience-capstone?authMode=login

As to which language to learn first, it's a difficult one as companies have different requirements. You could start with a high-level language such as Javascript or Python and then take it from there.
