That's great!

I think those thoughts might always be with us but we have to keep trucking forward and remind ourselves to do it the right way.

I actually just got my certificate in Nutrition and Lifestyle in Pregnancy because I realized I was missing out on helping a huge group of women. My cousin had previously asked me for advice back when she was pregnant and I couldn't help her due to ethics and scope of practice. Now I can. I also got her to take the course and she's on her second pregnancy and doing much better this time. I suggest anyone looking to get pregnant or help pregnant women make the right choices to check it out. It's on Coursera right now.

I don't know about fertility, but it does have a lot of risks for pregnancy. This class is a good resource and links quite a few relevant studies: https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.coursera.org/learn/nutrition-pregnancy&ved=2ahUKEwixu4eO9KPlAhWLtVkKHUHaCisQFjAAegQIBxAB&usg=AOvVaw3D8yIXezlyYn1u5WK1vLkG
