There is a new psychology elective called Computational Behavioural Science (PSYC30023) that is launching in 2021 - https://handbook.unimelb.edu.au/subjects/psyc30023. Can't guarentee, but the course outline mentions social structure and the coordinator is a social network researcher, so you might be in luck. If you're interested in doing some outside learning, this coursera course is really friendly and covers simple and complex contagions on networks - https://www.coursera.org/learn/networkdynamics
