Might be of some use - I just wrote a formula book with a chapter on materials. I am freely sharing chapter 2 (PDF) on Materials which includes a lot of the key formula and material property data.

On Reddit I'd recommend /r/materials. For MOOCs, there are two good ones that I've previously completed: Coursera: Materials Science by Shackleford and EdX: Materials Science and Engineering by Alexander Mukasian
