Wow, people are very unhelpful with this.

I’m not sure if it’ll be as structured as you’d like, but personally I’ve found Japan Foundation’s みなと site to be fairly good (it has all sorts of lessons and pretty decent explanations. No due dates, though, but there is an end date for any program you start)

There are also courses on both edx and Coursera (a lot more available on edx than Coursera; obviously I can’t vouch for the quality of them all, but they’d at least be structured since most of these are done through actual colleges)

Other than those, you could try searching for classes in your local area (I know that isn’t always an option, but it’s still worth a try if you’re really willing to pay)
I would also suggest buckling down and figuring out WHY you want to learn Japanese. A better thing would be to make it more concrete and even write it down where you can see it every day. (that’s something that either the other people are missing or I’m reading differently about your post. A lack of discipline, especially when noticed by the person themself, means they have no interest. Give yourself a reason to be studying. Even if you don’t do any of the online courses, you’re still going to be doing a lot of it)

Wow thank you, that will be really helpful .. I appreciate it.
I surely get why its not effective to compare English to Japanese grammar but I think this is just a way to familiarize English speakers with the structure to build on that info later on in the course
