You might try some MOOCs in English with some cultural background.
Here are the two I found, I think there are more. If you want to learn more, please learn Chinese, at least you can read it. Since some TCM comes from ancient literature, you may need to understand the original meaning.

For other things, you may try to find the literature by scientists like Youyou Tu 屠呦呦(the Nobel price winner who lead the discovery and synthesis of 青蒿素), or try to contact the professor who does the research in this field(especially the one who try to explain the TCM with the western analysis method).
