Check out https://www.coursera.org/learn/forensic-accounting. I took it. Pretty basic, but free.

As far as skip tracing, you're not gonna have access to the the same tools we have.

Now let's say money launderers were caught not due to cash but rather your magical powers, I would still be correct in saying that cash requires a physical identity to use; thus, no anonymity. There is no use arguing against that, it's a fact.
