Good question. Try something like https://www.coursera.org/learn/finance-for-startups , https://www.coursera.org/learn/startup-financing-without-vc - and other akin courses there. Some of them are more or less ok.

The majority of a founders job usually revolves around finance. I really recommend that you spend the time to become really comfortable talking about your balance sheet and P&L.

You don't need to be an accountant, but just understanding the definitions of things like Revenue, Cost Of Goods, Gross Margin, ebitda, these things will become a part of your vocabulary pretty quick.

Literally 1 day of googling and you can have the basics. Or run through a course like this:

It was admittedly a little difficult finding courses not part of a specialization that requires paying for. Here's the goods though.
