I know this is late so I'm not sure if you're still seeking advice, but I'd suggest trying some free/affordable courses on Coursera. Here is a finance course for beginners and you can find math courses as well. Edx.org is also a great resource. They're both pretty international so I don't think finance courses there would be country-specific.
