Teaching EFL/ESL Reading: A Task Based Approach from the University of London and the UCL Institute of Education has proven very popular on this forum, and for good reason. I took it in 2016 and found myself learning a lot of interesting theory, much of which I could apply to activities right away. Definitely recommend.
