Prior to interviewing, I took two Coursera online courses to educate myself (and to put on my LI/CV).

1) Drug Commercialization, UCSD

2) Design and Interpretation of Clinical Trials, Johns Hopkins University

I see UCSD also has a course entitled "Drug Development" that I may take.

I believe these are free to take, however, if you'd like a digital certificate of completion (which can be linked in your LI profile) I think it's about $30-$50. I opted for the certificate. I can't say the certificate actually benefited me in breaking in, though certainly the education did!

I'd love to hear from others!
