There are different topics you can search. For example, there's "diversity" training, "equal employment opportunity," "unconcious bias" training, etc. Try searching for the specific topics you need and add ".gov" to your search. That will give you some free resources from the government. You can also try the search in YouTube.

If you want someone to develop training for you to reuse, you could contract someone for a one time cost and just reuse the training every year. You would just need to update the training yourself, if needed.

There are also some sites, like Corsera, that offer free training. Here's one: https://www.coursera.org/learn/diversity-inclusion-workplace

As an FYI:

While it doesn't help with the cost of CPACC, Deque will give you free access to the prep course if you have a disability: https://dequeuniversity.com/scholarships

There are other D&I courses that are much cheaper than eCornell. And with something like Coursera you can take the course for free and apply for a scholarship if you want the certificate: https://www.coursera.org/learn/diversity-inclusion-workplace

There are others, those are just two I've used recently.
