It says ~5 months (if you do like ~7 hours per week I think), but you may be able to finish earlier. Also I think membership is ~$50 so it's probably the cheapest way to do it.

Your public library might be a good source for this given that it's a very specific question.

But you can probably audit the Cousera.org course, Construction Project Management and find jobs advertisements in Europe to gauge how applicable the certification is. Find similar courses in renowned European universities to compare.

I would also research if there are professional associations in Europe that cater to this field of study and provide courses or certifications.

Again, use the library to find a wider variety of sources and not just the internet because the internet is driven by algorithms that privilege paid advertisements and such.
