I had the same problem of communicating with almost everyone. At this moment I'm much better but I'm still working on..

  1. You can take a communication theory course in Coursera which is academic and free to understand the theories if you like. https://www.coursera.org/learn/communication
  2. The best you to study communication is to communicate and talk what you feel. You can join discussion clubs for example.

If you like, just send me a direct message (example. 'hi') and I will create a communication between me and you. Then I will invite more people to join us to create weekly discussions with video conferences. (Actually I have created one locally). Anybody is welcome to join. Please send me a message if you like.
